(1) Dust-free cloth head: dust-free cloth fabric as head material, no chip, no dust, and strong abrasion resistance.
Head polyester material, high cleanliness, low dust generation, low NVR, low ion release, widely used in the semiconductor industry, optical lens, PCB circuit board precision instruments, hard disk and disk cleaning, etc.
(2) Sponge head: polyurethane sponge as head material with strong adsorption properties with solvents such as Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) for effective cleaning of fine and hard-to-reach locations.
Made from a 100 PPI open-cell polyurethane sponge and a hot-pressed PP handle, the swab is not easily dislodged and has a high locking capacity and cushioning properties. The low non-volatile residue (NVR), low ionic content, and compatibility with most conventional solvents make it ideal for removing contamination from surfaces and hard-to-reach areas and is typically the perfect alternative in applications where superior cleaning is required.
