With the development of industrial technology, the range of cleaning swabs has changed dramatically, both in terms of the material they are made of and the technology used to produce them. In this article we will focus on two main points about cleaning swabs, and we will introduce other advantages later.

Firstly, no flakes. Previously, many swabs were made of cotton, so when they were used they would fall off a lot of fibres, which not only did not play a role in cleaning, but increased the difficulty of cleaning, and if we use such swabs to clean microelectronic products, it is likely to lead to the production of substandard equipment. For this reason, we have conducted research specifically on such problems, and the concentrated series of swabs we produce, such as the FS, PS series, can solve such problems very well.

Secondly, they can be very compatible with solvents. We know that the heads of the swabs are made of different materials and that if certain solvents are corrosive, it is likely to cause damage to the swabs. In order to avoid this problem, our cleaning swabs are made of foam, polyurethane and microfibre materials, which play a good compatibility for solvents that may be corrosive.
